I gotta get up
I got something
I gotta get up
I'm nowhere ey
I gotta get up
I got something
I gotta get up
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up
This God-given talent's showing
I gotta give it up
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up
Been grinding all day man
This world just ain't fair
Just ain't fair
It might seem like I just don't care
It might seem like I'm unaware
Feels like a summer with no drama
I need one more chance
One more plan
Ima go get it Ima Ima get up
Ima go ghost Ima Ima get up
Ima hit the road oh yeah (Oh yeah)
Ima go gold on some platinum shit
Buy my mama a house hit the road oh yeah
Baby girl, don't you go oh yeah
Been grinding all day man
This world just ain't fair
Just ain't fair
It might seem like I just don't care
It might seem like I...
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up
This God-given talent's showing
I gotta give it up
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up
This God-given talent's showing
I gotta give it up
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up
I gotta give it up
Don't you ask me what's in my cup
Got mysterious like what it do
Scooby doo look me up
They talk about it like I cant
Like 330ml I can
I fell asleep had a dream but woke up living my dreams again
Oh man (Oh yeah)
Got damned
I got Malcolm no X
X Marks your girl's heart
Just prepare to be an ex
I gotta get up to something
No talking with me it's hustling
Jeronimo, here I go
On the flow, I'm just bungee jumping
Negativity to me, that shit is none (Shit is nothing)
Hit that guy on one eye, he uncle -Ruckus
I hit my hits with a racket, we making raucous
We rock the shit out of you
It's going bonkers
No cap
I got Malcolm on set
Muano came with the ladder
We climbing up to success
And if you hating there's no bother
You pissed off no bladder
Just stacking alla the chaddar
I gotta get on my matters so I...
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up
This God-given talent's showing
I gotta give it up
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up
This God-given talent's showing
I gotta give it up
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up to something
I gotta get up

Sorry to say this but this is probably the worst song ever by Static-X or by any other metal band.

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Silent Planet
I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.

Punchline
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
