I think its more trippy if it was run in two lol
Regardless this is such an interesting, emotionally driven (without the need for complicated lyrics) song.
i mean, just because anthony gonzalez wrote that it's "peace," doesn't mean that it is/is always "peace," even einstein said "the important thing is to never stop questioning." but now that i've quoted einstein, feel free to question his quote as well but i choose to apply it.
i feel like anthony extends the last syllable of "into" so it sounds like "you," as to promote the meaning of grace/peace/chemicals to getting high so one won't be as inhibited/socially or sexually anxious and can then "run into" the person they have a crush on: "i want to run into (you)."
and from what i hear, the electric voice says "flowers."
The song is obviously a story that is told with the instruments. There's a hard beginning, a rising action, a climax, a falling action and a resolution, which is the very end transitioning immediately to In Church (ironically). The whole album follows a sort of "out of body" tale if you listen closely. Run Into Flowers is basically a simple idea of what a trip out experience could sound like.
I WANT TO RUN INTO FLOWERS!!!!!!
*It is peace, not grace.
The point is that it's not a complete sentence. It's just psychedelic. It's called "Run Into Flowers" and the only lyric is an incomplete sentence that just gives a sort of 'feeling.'
or more precisely a mid point between wit' you and with you
"Give me peace and chemicals, I want to run into you"
