As far as I know, these are the right lyrics. I love the song, makes me feel better.
i think its how her and a guy were going out but he broke up with her kind of out of the blue. and whenever they see each other he seems to be into her, but never really asks her out of acts on it and that shes fine with it because they still have time because they are young.

*flashback*
it all started when he moved into my class
i kinda hated him because he was a perv but i hardly knew him.
anyway...he just started talking to me and my now former best friend and we became friends.
my former best friend asked him out and he said yes. i was the middle person. they went out for about 2 weeks i think and then broke up. he still had feelings for her but she didn't. he and i became really close friends. he still had feelings for my former best friend after a while but i liked this other guy. this guy that i liked asked out my former best friend. and i let her go out with him! it was also a big shock to this other guy because he still had feelings for my friend and the other guy was a good friend to him. i still had feelings for this other guy also. but then i started to hate that guy so much and started to like my guy friend. then came a time when we had to go to jr. high. *sigh* it changed my life. i never hung out with any of my old friends. stupid honors classes...well anyway my guy friend was in honors too but in different classes so we rarely saw each other and had completely different schedules. i knew he was moving but he never told me. then he left school for 2 weeks and came back, which was weird, and was in one of my classes, which was even weirder. i decided to tell him how i feel. he asked me out then broke up with me a day later saying that he just wanted to be friends even though we hardly even spoke ever since we began jr. high. i feel as if he has changed. i can't talk to him like i used to anymore. he can't talk to me the same way either. last week i could tell he really wanted to talk to me about something but i kinda ignored him and wanted to show him how much he hurt me..him being my first relationship ever! but i really wanted to talk to him. i would've but i didn't need my best friends eavesdropping on our conversation...even if one of them is the middle person in this.
so..what do you think?
