the night is so long when everythings wrong (it feels like the night is dragging on and its longer than it normally feels like because i guess theyre both talking about each others problems which is affecting theyre realtionship)

He says it is about this girl (actually Korey Cooper - his wife) who comes to him one day with scars on her wrist (a suicidal attempt in fact) and tells him that she has been treated very badly by the parents and everything that goes wrong in their family is blamed on her and she doesn't want to live anymore and will kill herself. Then he gets a chance to give her God's word and preach the gospel to her and tell her how God loves her and if she accepts him, it will be the very last night she will ever spend alone.
