Come one, come all you're just in time
To witness my first breakdown
'Cause there's a mile gone for every minute passed
When I'm stuck in this town

I've got a bone to pick with you, Mr. DJ
The traffic in this town is just as bad as it is in L.A.

So go on and lock me up
You better throw away that key
Before I find out where you broadcast from
Because your playlist is killing me

I'll change that station
Light it up like the 4th of July
It's me, I'm caller fifteen
Time to play my last request

Come one, come all, you're just in time
To witness my first breakdown
'Cause there's a mile gone for every minute passed
When I'm wasting space in this town
Don't call the doctors, I don't need no medication
I just need one more vacation and make it last

Hear me out please, judge and jury
I'm an innocent man
And it would be such a terrible injustice
To put me away without thinking about

All the terrible mistakes
That goddamn radio jockey makes
I swear, he's out to get me
Oh, I swear he's out to get me

I'll change that station
Light it up like the 4th of July
It's me, I'm caller fifteen
But it's too late for explanations
This broadcast will be your last

Come one, come all, you're just in time
To witness my first breakdown
'Cause there's a mile gone for every minute passed
When I'm wasting space in this town
Don't call the doctors, I don't need no medication
I just need one more vacation and make it last

Hear me out please, judge and jury
And I swear he's out to get me
Oh, I swear he's out to get me

Go on and lock me up
You better throw away that key
And I swear he's out to get me
Oh, I swear he's out to get me

I've got a bone to pick with you, Mr. DJ
You really oughta lock me up
Because your playlist is killing me

Come one, come all, you're just in time
To witness my first breakdown
'Cause there's a mile gone for every minute passed
When I'm wasting space in this town
Don't call the doctors, I don't need no medication
I just need one more vacation and make it last

Song Meaning:The song is about how they're songs don't get played on the radio

"Because your playlist is killing me"

because it doesn't have any of their songs on it,

    "You're just in time
    To witness my first breakdown"

He's getting ticked off their songs don't play on the radio. This is amazing!

General Comment:what it says to me is maybe there is a song that really speaks to him about like something going on in his life. and its always playing on the radio. he hears it all the time and he can't take it anymore. just a neat idea.

General Comment:I don't know if this is right, but I think this song could be about someone who's really stressed out. Hence "You're just in time To witness my first breakdown". And simple things like the radio host playing the songs he doesn't like is making him go crazy and he just needs to get out of the town "I just need one more vacation And make it last"

haha. I'm probably totally and completely wrong, but when I hear this song that's what I think about. Someone being stressed out.

i wouldn't exactly call this album 'new.' |:

this is probably the worst thing alex has ever written, but it does have a couple good one-liners.

General Comment:I love this song:) It's one of my favorites off their new album.

I really like the chorus. I can totally relate (I think). It's like, I'm about to totally loose it after being stuck in traffic and listening to this crap they play on the radio isn't helping. And yeah, you're probly gonna think I'm crazy when I do actually loose it, but I'm not crazy, I'm just having a moment. When I finally get out of this car I'll be just fine:)

    General Comment:ohsosaucy,
    i totallly understand.
every song i listen to i can find something that reminds me of my BF and how i feel. cause we havent been doing well.
its so annoying. i want to stop listening to music altogether.

this song really doesnt make sense though.

General Comment:ohsosaucy, when I read your story it completely reminded me about my friend. She was dating this guy I guess, and he was a complete ass to her, but she couldn't stay away and everywhere she went, she'd hear that song "Bubbly" and it would drive her insane because that was playing when he asked her out, and when she broke up with him.

ANYWAYS...alex does hate traffic rofl. but who doesn't? it's a good song, but not as completely catchy as the others on So Wrong, It's Right...FOR ME.
Either way I love the boys of ATL.

General Comment:This is actually my favorite song on the album, and I disagree when everyone says it has no depth.

Honestly, I don't know what the TRUE meaning of this song is. But this is what it means to ME:
I always connect certain songs with certain people. And for me and my ex-bf, music was a HUGE part of our relationship. After we broke up, it seemed as if every single freaking time I turned on the radio, I would hear a song that connected with some sort of memory of him. It was driving me so crazy, to the point where I can't even listen to the radio anymore. It's like, I wanted to get over him so badly but I couldn't get away from all the reminders, so I just broke down.
So for me, this song worked PERFECTLY.

Tha's just my opinion on what the song means for me though.
