Was it in the cold of that knife you screwed?
In the heart of the enduring
'Cause when you opened that door, you knew,
well now there'd be no returning
or room to mourn what we have lost
to wait while the willing, as you're the Hound of Blood & Rank,
and boy, you've got another thing coming.
Come on, come on, come on, you've got to give it to me.
As though you want it to. Come on and set me free.
I'll dig it till we've made your grave. Oh, you've been a bad, bad boy.
I'll cut it 'til I carve it out and stick it in a sad, sad song. N-n-no, no, no.
Why the bother, you're no brother. You're the wrong I need.
Boy, we all found an audience, while you found the worst of me.
You got another thing.
Put 'em up against the wall, now they're all of no use to you.
God, it's time for the curing, only you're in for that big refuse.
Surprise, boy! This tide's come a turning. No room to mourn what you have lost.
On, no waiting while the willing, poor little hound of blood and rank,
who deserves every ounce of what's coming.
Come on, come on, come on, you've got to give it to me.
As though you want it to. Come on and set me free.
I'll dig it till we've made your grave. Oh, you've been a bad, bad boy.

Why the bother, you're no brother. You're the wrong I need.
Boy, we all found an audience, while you found the worst of me.
You got another thing.
We caught you on the wrong side of lying,
within the dust we left you dying, if only words can keep you hiding.
Well go on, cowards we've offed you, cowards we've offed you.
I hope your life's a living hell.
It's all on you, boy. It's all on you, boy.
It's all on you, boy. It's all on you, boy.
It's all on you, boy. It's all on you, boy.
It's all on you, boy.

Claudio Kilgannon is leading an attack on the Red Army, with Sizer, Chase and a bunch of other people. They fight hard, but lose. They're cornered and about to be killed, when Sizer steps forward and decides he's going to repay Claudio for rebuilding him in IKSOSE3. Claudio tries to stop him, that's what all the stuff referring to brothers means.
Sizer, having been raised by Jesse, of course chooses to ignore Claudio and starts to change into that big-ass thing he turns into, which i'm guessing is The Hound. Sizer tells Claudio to run, because he's the one who is to kill Wilhelm Ryan. Claudio does, leaving Sizer to fight off the Reds. Sizer fights hard, until Mayo Deftinwolf appears. Sizer goes after him for revenge about Jesse's death. The battle is epic, but Sizer loses. As he turns back to normal, he sees his death, but knows he has helped Claudio and the entire Heaven's Fence. He smiles and says about Claudio " It's all on you, Boy", as he is killed by Mayo
So maybe what's happening is Sizer accusing Claudio of betraying his IRO-Bot brothers and sisters, and that he refuses to let them be sicced into senseless wars anymore; more importantly, wars that promise them no freedom or rights after it all ends. He could either be warning Claudio of this, or just thinking of his decision to break from Claudio's and Mariah's movement and establish his own in the interest of IRO-Bots, and force will be used if necessary ('you've found the worst in me, you've got another thing coming'). It seems like at this point Sizer is fed up with being denied, and we can see where there is a rift in what was once an equal alliance ('you're no brother'; 'you're the Hound of Blood and Rank') when each character only thinks of his own best interests.
y/n?
It would make sense that Sizer looses and is captured by Mayo. The last lyrics are probably Sizer and chase calling to Claudio, saying he's the only one left. Its all on you boy.
Calling Claudio "Boy" is more emphasis on the fact that Claudio has yet to completely mature, but will very soon in the story.
Break the stanzas into complete lines.
Now ignore how Claudio accents his sentences, and read it again.
You can put them together differently.
...waiting while the willing, poor, little hound of blood and rank.. (Who) deserves every ounce of what's coming
claudio, chase and sizer enter house atlantic for the first time. claudio knows there is no going back now. straight away they are met by mayo, and very calmly, sizer lets claudio go onward through atlantic. he and chase stay behind and sizer begins to transform in order to fight mayo
my evidence for this is how we know jesse brought him up. he is second to the beast coheed, just as chase is second to the knowledge cambria. he can transform into this 'hound' just as coheed could mentally become the monstar. but i think sizer's transformation is physical [the running free artwork]
mayo taunts him and this song is roughly based on the fight between them. i think in the end, chase and sizer are defeated and captured by mayo. mayo tells them its all their fault, and as they re taken for assasination, he damns mayo to hell
