    It's definitely a name he's singing. My guess would be you spell it Bijoux, the same name as a song from his Manitoba album Up In Flames.

    General Comment:He's not saying VJ or BJ or Be there, he's saying Bejae, or however it's spelt. It's the name of a girl he fancied in school and thought she had a very beautiful name, and somehow all these years later it wound up floating in the middle of the song.
