You had my heart
We'll never be worlds apart
Maybe in magazines, but you'll still be my star
Baby cause in the dark, you can't see shiny cars
And that's when you need me there
With you I'll always share
Because

[Chorus]
When the sunshine, we shine together
Told you I'll be here forever
Said I'll always be your friend
Took an oath I'm stick it out 'till the end
Now that it's raining more than ever
Know that we'll still have each other
You can stand under my umbrella
You can stand under my umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh)

These fancy things
Will never come in between
Your apart of my entity,
Here for infinity
When the war has dealt it's part
When the world has dealt it's cards
If the hand is hard, together we'll measure heart
Because

[Chorus]

You can run into my arms
It's OK, don't be alarmed
Commit to me
(There's no distance in between our love)
So, go and let the rain pour
I'll be all you need and more
Because

[Chorus]

It's raining, raining, raining,
Oh baby it's raining (raining)
Baby come in to me, Come in to me
It's raining, raining, raining
Oh baby it's raining (raining)
You can always come in to me,
Come back To me

(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh)

General Comment:The first Umbrella cover I heard was by Mandy Moore. There's Plain White T's version also and a lot more. I don't know what's with the song Umbrella but yeah I agree lots of people have done this song.

General Comment:wow lately theres so many people doing remixes and covers to this song. Rihanna did a remix with Chris Brown. Mandy Moore just did a cover. you guys should download it, its really good. then theres this guy called John West, personally i dont like his version very much. in the song, hes like dragging his voice when he was singing and i didnt like that.
Scott Simons' version is different. he did it acoustic but it has a beat to it. idk just listen to it :]
then theres these music artist on myspace thats not well known.
