Oh, I'm fading, I don't stand a chance
And meat is murder and I don't even dance
Something is still worrying me tonight

And oh, I'm falling and nothings working out
And what comes out from my mouth is nothing to worry to about
'Cause everything sounds miserable tonight

I haven't said too much, have I?
There are things you should keep to yourself
I haven't said too much, have I?
There are things you should keep to yourself

I haven't said too much, have I?
There are things you should keep to yourself

General Comment:I don't think so.. Meat is murder by The Smiths is about vegetarianism, I don't see any parallels here, besides the name of the song.

I think he doesn't really want to say what the song is all about, he describes how he feels, "and meat is murder" may be a metafor, maybe trying to describe a person only by it's flesh. And in the end it seems that he really doesn't want to say much more, "there are things you should keep to yourself".

General Comment:It's clearly a reference to the song of the same title by The Smiths.
