It's about the inability to let go and move on from a person and no matter how hard you try you just can't. I think maybe the"and it's kill, kill, killing me/and it's kill, kill, killing me/that i'm still in love with you" part may have two meanings. One meaning that it pains her to know that she can still possibly love this person after all that they have done. And the other meaning that holding on to the person has emotionally killed her.
