    Song Meaning:To me this song is about having a very important person in your life, but then becoming too dependent on him/her and ruining it by that in the end. It's all about the painful feeling of destroying a bond with somebody by trying to bond too hard. It's a confusing feeling of anger towards both yourself and the person, mixed with the fact that you're still not over him/her and may well never be.

    Very poweful song, really hits home.

    General Comment:This song is about somebody that he looked up to a lot, but failed him. Most likely God or maybe his mother or father, but I think God.

    General Comment:I'm pretty sure this song is relating to god in some way. Mitch says, "a cold carved stone, that I look up to for guidance." I think the stone part is relating to a statue of Jesus or any other religous statue. He then says how he's going to destroy it. As we all know Mitch doesn't believe in God. I think it's about how he's destroying god from all aspects of his life. But hey, it's just my oppinion.

    General Comment:Um, if it's about not believing in God why does he say "Please forgive me" and "Your beauty" and "Your guidance won't be in vain"...? That doesn't sound very atheist to me, because a true atheist wouldn't have to ask for forgiveness. I honestly can't say what it means, it's kind of complicated. But it's one of the best songs on the album.
