Lyrics for Dear Sister as interpreted by Mellow_Harsher

Dear Sister Lyrics
Like a butcher that picks on the day's remains
Purchased on the TV
Lackadaisical, lacking any will to be
Anything other than depressing

Dear sister
I really miss her a lot
I kind of think it was working out
You said once I was looking so lost
Have I ever looked found?

Like a vampire out on the balcony
Breaking and entering
Like a devil, like an angel without wings
No harp, this halo's going to hang me

Dear sister
I know you miss him a lot
Maybe it was never meant to be
You said once that you were feeling so lost
Who were you missing?

Like a devil, like an angel without wings
No harp, this halo's going to hang me
Like a devil, like an angel without wings
No harp, this halo's going to hang me
Halo's going to hang me

Dear sister
I really miss her
You didn't think it was working out
You said once I was feeling so lost
Have I ever looked found?

Lost and found

So far they've only played this song live, but it would be nice to see on the next album, in some form or another. It's sung to the tune of "Entertainer"

I especially like the angelic metaphor, and the great use of a somewhat archaic word (lackadaisical).
