    General Comment:In this song Homme said If ignorance is bliss then im in heaven. In his other band Them Crooked Vultures he sang ignorance is bliss until you take the bliss away. Just thought that was interesting.

    General Comment:I always thought this was about lying and getting away with it. The person speaking certainly seems to be doing so, hence "No one's catching on, calling my bluff..." and he's built up this life of lies, that might possibly unravel.

    General Comment:Oh well, i just saw the video and at the end there's a spade near the 3 and a diamond near the 7. it might have a poker refference but i don't think it's really about that. the bible and LA theory make more sense. maybe even belledejour's say on it with numerology and stuff.

    These two individuals are usually incompatible. If they do get together it is usually a clear case of how opposites attract. However they are so different, the relationship does not usually endure for long.

    General Comment:no word from J-Homme himself as for how the title came about? i like the poker analogy, but 3 and 7 isn't the worst hand. am also intrigued with the Los Angeles analogy, but the lyrics don't fit unless you put it in a hollywood / celebrity lifestyle context.
