    General Comment:The song is about how she had a boyfriend that really loved her and she let him donw by dumping him and how now she realises that she was wrong and that she still loves him and she will do anything to prove her love to him

    General Comment:I didn't even realize this song was still on my ipod until a couple weeks ago when it was on shuffle, and it really hit home with me. My boyfriend is standing by me right now while I work through a lot of issues, including a drinking problem, and I know that a lot of my decisions have hurt him and still do. And yet he's still here, fighting for me and for us, and it means more to me than I can ever express to him. I want to be strong enough to be all he wants and to be as supportive for him as he is for me, but until I reach that point and overcome my problems it's going to be hard. Still, we've promised forever, and we're going to keep that promise no matter what either of us goes through. This song so beautifully describes that love that neither of us can explain but both of us feel every moment. I can't imagine my life without him and I know this is an old song that I hadn't listened to in years, but I couldn't keep these feelings to myself.

    its like it was written for me and my ex. i let him down by breaking up with him for almost no reason and it really hurt him.
    and now all i want is to be back wih him so i can be everything that he needs. i still love him lots. too bad he has moved on :((

    Memory:i just wanna say that the lyrics to this song feels like im writing to my best friend Chris. him & i have been best friends since 5th grade. we've stuck together through the years. sadly, he's got a girlfriend. although his girlfriend is my friend so i do my best not to fall for my best friend. its not easy at all. he's an amazing person. i've never told him how much i care about him but i just cant help but to listen to this song and end up crying. he's done everything for me. he helped me win class president, got me gifts, spent time with me.
    although, at the moment, a lot is happening to both of us and we seem to be drifting......anyway, hope i helped. thank u avril lavinge, for being the one who sung this song.

    General Comment:I absolutely love this song!... I think she let her boyfriend down by breaking up with him or something, but then she realises how much he loves her and she loves him so now she never wants to let him go and she's fallen deeply in love with him...

    it says very much how i feel about my boyfriend, i broke up with him a while back mainly coz my friends don't like him but i still loved him heaps. i realised how i can't live without him and how much he loves me and is always there for me, so we're back together now and very in love and i want to be with him forever...

    such a beautiful song :)

    General Comment:This song is amazing and possibly Avril's best song. The first verse is about letting the person you love down but yet they don't leave you and in the bridge and chorus you're admitting you did something wrong and you're promising that you'll never let them down again and you'll be everything that they want you to be because you're so in love with them. The second verse is appreciating the person for what they've given you. The middle 8 is then saying how much you need them in your life and wanting to be together forever because without them you don't know what you'd do.
