"shake,shake make it better"- people shake when they do cocaine and i guess they like the feeling so they feel better
"dont stop til you get on top"- dont stop doing cocaine until you get high

I view this as "setting the stage" for their planned fun sexy-time and leaving once it's over to find out in the end that either one or both of them is no longer the same.
