General Comment:MTR and i are very pleased with the way this lil' diddy turned out. Trent especially credits me for my percussion work, but , naturally, he's just tryin to elicit studio time. trent and i go waaay back. but, anywhooooo, "The Greater Good" symbolizes that ignorance is submission.

General Comment:1. "Breathe... us in; Breathe... slowly; Breathe... us in
    Slowly..."

I think these lines refer to CHEMTRAILS. Those "clouds" meant to poison us. A lot of people out there don't even know about them, and we're "slowly breathing" the air polluted with these chemicals. There is a lot of information on the net and even more DISINFORMATION regarding this topic. Some sources say CHEMTRAILS intend to mitigate global warming and stuff, BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE! Other sources directly link the stuff in the CHEMTRAILS with an illnesss called MORGELLONS (Which I believe is TRUE). Morgellons are like NANOROBOTS which settle, self-replicate and expand (slowly coerce) underneath the sick person's skin. Until now, we don't know what are they made of, or what is their function.

2."Everything you do, everywhere you go, Anything we want, Anything"

I think the second part of the song talks about either MORGELLONS or an RFID chips (or both). One of the NWO's goal is to put RFID chips under our skin (they are already in some passports). With this technology "they" will know where we go. And without it we won't be able to "buy or sell". Some sources say this is the matk of the beast, and it will be normally "assimilated" by the majority of the population. Regarding the MORGELLONS i dunno exactly their function, but they will most probably be used for MIND CONTROL purposes, by using HAARP waves, due to the fact that morgellons react to some ultra low frequency signals.

I guess this is kind of an extreme trippy interpretation of a song with almost no lyrics and I'd like to know your opinions. I just have to say that I am a Christian, that I believe in the so called "conspiracy theory", and that the YEAR ZERO album is not only about politics or religion, i think the album's intention is to INFORM and "enlight" the blind people out there.

Do your reasearch, there's a lot of info in the web. I'll be glad to read other ideas and interpretations related with the previously posted lines. See ya!

General Comment:Yea I definitely felt like this was a hiphop-like beat, one to turn the bass up on. El-P should rap over this on a remix

General Comment:I guess I wasn't the only one then. I know Trent had said that he had been listening to Public Enemy a lot for this album;(which makes sense considering the context)but I didnt think he'd actually put in a track that had a hip-hop feel to it. Bravo, Trent.

General Comment:This song is pure genious both the lyrics and the general feel it has...

It's a good reflection of how governmental powers and be so ignorant and full of fear that they would attempt to have complete control over humanity by losing their own.

General Comment:Check imtryingtobelieve.com for information on Parepin. The Administration in Year Zero are trying to control the population by putting the drug in the water supply, claiming it's to prevent bio-terror attacks but really to make them more docile and suggestible. By using the term "breathe us in", it makes the control the Government have over the masses feel as natural as the act of inhaling itself - and just as pervasive.

The Greater Good is a term used many places elsewhere to suggest that individuals may have to suffer, but ultimately if it benefits the society/hive/company as a whole then such sacrifices are acceptable. The population may be drugged, controlled and lose their identity, but the alternatives could be worse. The end justifies the means.

General Comment:Prettyhatemachine1 does this song coincide with one of the ARG websites if so which one? Anything that would shed light on this song would prevent the P3N1X idiot from claiming it's about sex.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I really think it is about something more menacing than manifest destiny. It kinda makes me think of the Redhorse virus or maybe the souls of dead people encouraging to breathe in their ashes at a bombing, something evil like that.
