    General Comment:i feel like this song is about how he doesn't ever want to feel like he has experienced all feelings. He doesn't ever want his mind to settle down, and become set in stone. He forever wants to grow, and change, and care.

    General Comment:before i checked the lyrics, i always thought he was saying "son" instead of "soul", and that he was speaking from a pregnant woman's perspective. it just sounded so warm and caring when he talks about getting so hungry, but never wanting it to stop growing. also, the heartbeat bass like spottedots mentioned kind of added to that. but of course, panda bear isn't saying "son", he's saying "soul", which probably makes a whole lot more sense. i just like to pretend it's "son" sometimes.
