    General Comment:The band must have written it to be about the end of the world if that's what they say, but i interpret a different way. to me it's about looking back on something in your past and knowing it will never be the same but it isn't sad. it's an optimistic song about looking ahead and forgetting the past you may regret.

    General Comment:Actually I saw these Before Their Eyes at Cornerstone and they were amazing :-) And before they played this song they said it was about the end of the world so TruePerfect0 is right. Before Their Eyes is coming out with a new album also. It release date is: October 28, 2008

    In my eyes i think he is talking about the rapture.
    (The sky falls down at your command) meaning thats when God decides to call the rapture.
    And he cant say goodbye to all his friends and family.
    (I couldn't say goodbye)
    (We'll keep on fighting, but we'll never win)meaning that we can fight to stay but you cant overcome Gods greatness.

    I sort of know their new bassist. I met him cause the one girl I know (she used to be best friends with one of my exs) is going out with him. And one of that dudes best friends is dating one of my best friends.
