Bend all the freaks, bend all the freaks
They are in the back
And if I don’t control myself
I’m gonna be here for a long, long time
You’re a bright little girl with secrets on your mind
You’re only twenty-five
I stumble down the stairs
I heard it all before
Why don’t you write it down

And you’re a bright little girl with secrets on your mind
You’re only twenty-five
I’m gonna be here,
I’m gonna be here for a long, long time
Oh sixty-five nights,
Seven nights, seven nights stinging in my mind
I stumble down the stairs
I heard it all before
Why don’t you write it down

Oh yeah, lost, found
Oh yeah, lost, found
Oh yeah, lost, found

I’m gonna be here,
I’m gonna be here for a long, long time
Oh sixty-five nights,
Seven nights, seven nights stinging in my mind
I stumble down the stairs
I heard it all before
Why don’t you write it down

Oh yeah, lost, found
Oh yeah, lost, found
Oh yeah, lost, found

General Comment:yes I believe thats right
    and

    he is singing:

    'stumbled down the stairs
    I've heard it all before'

I think he is referring to a much used excuse to explain bruises...

    General Comment:My first comment;
    I think the lyrics
    "Oh sixty-five nights,
Seven nights, seven nights stinging in my mind"
are incorrect and are referring to a dutch phone number, so the nights, must be nines
    ->
Oh sixty-five, nine, seven, nine, seven, nine stinging in my mind

***6597979 is a dutch phone number, where the stars are the netnumber used to code for a region or city, for example 020 for Amsterdam, which doesn't have te be dialed when calling from the same region. They say sixty-five beacuse it refers to an areacode, the rest is subscriptionnumber. Seems logical to me.

Don't know how to edit yet...
