I understand the song because I'm in a situation like this. It's about a man who is obsessed with a girl sexually. It's not really a sex addiction, more of a sexual addiction to HER. The song is very specific.

I don't think that it's he "can't get enough of her" as in he loves her, but I don't think it's that he can't get enough of sex in general, like with just anyone.
Maybe it's something like he was obsessed with sex and would have done it with anyone but now he's met this one girl and he can't stop thinking about sex with her. Maybe it was special or something.
Or maybe it's the beginning of more romantic feelings but he's not used to that.
