And you will say you did it to yourself
And you will say you fell down the stairs
And you will say you walked into a door

And you will say you have two left feet
And you will say it was your own fault
And you will lie but I know the truth

There's a difference in loving and being in love

When we talk now I listen for the truth
In your lies and we're doing so good
How your heart still belongs to him

There's a difference in loving and being in love

General Comment:this song tears me to shreds
especially when I listen to it in bed at night and think about my past

my favorite part (sound-wise) is the coda. the parts with the subtle background singing that sounds like "love, love, oh-oh-oh-oh... love, love, oh-oh-oh-oh.." it's just so beatuiful and haunting and makes me cry, because I'm very depressed and emotional most of the time

General Comment:She's in an abusive relationship with her current boyfriend,
and kele could be either her best friend, or her ex boyfriend
and he sees the truth and knows what's really happening, and
that she thinks she's in love, when really she's not.

and greatone1987, i totatlly understand, i almost cried the
first time i listen to this.

General Comment:How much I hate this song. Not because of the lyrics or the music, but because of the meaning. It's like "You Could Be Happy" by snow patrol. I love that song but hate hate hate it at the same time

It's about domestic violence obviously. Seen that with my own 2 eyes with my parents so i'm obviously not going to like this one

General Comment:Couldn't agree more, annyonghermano. The first time I heard it, it really took me by surprise. The way this band is able to convey such heavy concepts and ideas through their music is amazing.

General Comment:its got to be about domestic violence and the way he sings it it maKES ME feel like it is a subject kele feels very strongly about hopefully this is the direction they are goin in it sounds good nothin like is out now, it is so disenfranchised. they actually sing about things that are important and that matter not like bands such as oasis who were just are just luddites
