  General Comment:Doesnt any of you guys think this song could be about global warming or anything that has to do with nature, earth, the planet and things like that? I think you people should stop thinking every song has something to do with love, relationship and all the corny things like that. I think it really is about something way different, like global warming :) This part "Our hearts are as dark as the rain

  Okay that part, kinda really mentions it. Our hearts are as dark as the rain could mean that we stopped worrying about our planet because of the economic growth maybe? Or because we think nothing would happen to it. Then 'its a beautiful place if we make it' could mean like, if we start recycling and conserving, it'd be a beautiful place (again). Anyway, i'm not really sure if it is about global warming or not, but think about it... SERIOUSLY :)

  General Comment:i love this song, i didnt pay much attention to it at first but looking at the lyrics, it means so much to me
  ++i can relate to it
  like has already been pointed out, its about wanting to be a child again, when everything was good++the world seemed like a good place, then you grow up++you feel cold+hate the world.
  its more powerful than people give it credit for.

  General Comment:i think this song means when u want to go back to the kid u used to be,lets say a happy kid in which u loved the place u used to leave and things were so simple for u,im very related to this song even tho theres this times i feel the same as i used to be when i start to do things that i used to do,like listen to older songs,maybe movies,do things u used to do that u can still doing,thats the only way to get rid off that nostalgia......
