and he is in love with this girl who is cheating and lying. She is hurting him
and he would rather die than put up with it anymore.
As for the title of the song, Slater is the name of the guy who she is banging and he knows about it.
When we played a few Japan shows this past year, I even joked with Oli Sykes, telling him how much I hear "hey slater, isnt that BMTH song about you?!" I then thanked him because most people connect me with being the guy with chlamydia.

From the first verse we can understand that he is away somewhere, probably in a tour...He is away from a beloved person that he is missing, so time is hardly passing by. Everyday he is missing her more and he cant stand it. ( "...and with every city it gets harder")
The razor-blade mouth in the second verse portrays how badly his girlfriend treated him, probably calling him names all the time...He is so sad about that, thats why he is asking for a relief("...give me eternal sleep.")
As far as the third verse is concerned the girl tries to convince him that distance isnt such a great obstacle(" just a phonecall away...") but for him things are different.
Maybe Slater is the ex-boyfriend of his girlfriend and by saying"tell Slater not to wash his dick" means that he may be away,probably touring, but that doesnt mean that she can start cheating on him now that he is away..
