Okay, *stars* mark words or whole lines that I didn't catch. I'm sure some of it's wrong, it's hard to hear when the people in the crowd won't shut up, but I do think that most of this is right. I've even included the moaning toward the very end. I'd try for more but I have to get off.

Thanks. That sounds a lot better.
It's hard for me tell some parts, especially when the crowd gets loud. I only have one speaker and it crackles pretty badly.
Happen to know the other stuff I didn't get?

Obviously, I agree with Billboard.com. This song is about sending your lover to the bottom of the sea.

Yeah. People were too anxious to figure the song out and took the lyrics from a live recording and, consequently, they were completely wrong in a lot of parts.

so holy crap i nearly cried when I first heard the screaming at the end...i can honestly say thats the scariest thing i've ever heard in a song, hahaha...it still gets me even when i'm expecting it.

people do this dumb thing where they post lyrics that don't actually make sense because its sort of what it sounds like. use your brains guys.

The lyrics taht are currently up were submitted partially by me and partially by bnjared, they got the last verse that I couldn't make head nore seek of. Idk about them but I used the live version, it was before the CD came out. My speakers suck so I went with what I thought I heard.
We can't talk about what a song means unless we have at least a general idea of what's being said.
And if you watch the live vid, they play the song WAY differently than they do on the album. The scream was replaced by Jesse screaming "where've you been?" over and over, among other things. So that's why the lyrics don't match at all.

Its because the live version that you heard was the demo of Luca. They re-made the lyrics and song since then for the release of the CD

Does anybody actually read my posts before replying to them?
The live version I saw was not untitled 06. It was Luca, had the last verse and everything, it was recorded long after the album was finished. They played it differently live because Jesse and Vin can only play so many guitars at once so they had to change the acoustic parts.
And I said we can't talk about what the song is about if we don't know what the lyrics are. Of course we can now, but before the lyrics were out it was a lot harder to come to that conclusion. Untitled 06 didn't seem like it had the same meaning as the final version of Luca does. It's really the added third verse that makes it obvious.
