    My Interpretation:I know this sounds very morbid and weird but Nick the Drummer confirmed it in an interview:

    A woman catches her boyfriend or husband cheating on her with another woman and she wants revenge so she poisons him with "I gave you one to many pills." and then sows his dead body into her mattress and continues then to sleep with many other people on that mattress.

    It's a really weird song but I love it

    Song Meaning:It's about her finding out her boyfriend cheating on her (I saw you with her dear) And she really wants to get him back (You wanted to play this game I'll play it too) so she sews him in her matress (A mattress for a coffin suites you very fine) and then to get him back she sleeps with a bunch of boys on the matress he is in (You'll feel me with my others as you're sewn under the seams) when she says my fault, or im so careless, she is being sarcasting, and is like "Yeah, let's see if you will do that again after what I'm about to do to you." I'm not positive on the 'alibi' part, but i think it's her practicly saying "no one will find out, this is so perfect, I'm getting you back." I know it's kinda wierd sewing a guy in a matressing then sleeping with others guys on top of it for revenge, but that is what it's about. :)

    General Comment:I think its about this girl who can't take it that her partner keeps cheating on her and she knows it but not too sure if he knows that she knows.
    So this one last time she can't take it anymore and poisons him. But since she was SO angry with him and becomes drowsy in this anger, she puts too much and kills him when she actually just wanted to make him really sick.
    Only after she has killed him then she realises what she has really done. She then tried to make up an alibi to cover up it all. Even though she may feel guilty she feels relieved that she got back at him.
