Lyrics for All the King's Horns as interpreted by Mellow_Harsher

All the King's Horns Lyrics
One mother rises
Pulling the sheets from the crib
All the disguises
Wandering stars, what she did
All the king's horns, all the king's horns
Saddled and worn
Raise the dead
Holy and infant
He came to raise up the dead

Wandering wisemen
What did you bring to his bed?
Shapeless surprises
Incense to bring to the dead
Nothing is wrong, it's what she did
All the kings horn's and king's men
Nothing is wrong, it's what she did
All the king's horns and king's men

Nothing is wrong, it's what she did
All the king's horns raise the dead
Nothing is wrong, it's what she did
All the king's horns

is this about revelations in the bible?
the lyrics seems odd for a christmas song...

Odd maybe, but Jesus did come to fulfill the law... And he will raise the dead when he returns. So the birth of Christ is also a celebration his return to call us home.

This is one of my favorites. A beautiful song and a reminder that Christmas is the beginning of a journey that takes us to Jesus' death and ends in Jesus' resurrection.
