  General Comment:I think this song can be interpretated in many different ways, depends on the person and their experiences. As for me, well last night i got shit faced and i got with a man whore i used to like. Obviously, i think its the biggest mistake ive ever made and i will try to forget but its not easy when although i dont have feelings for him anymore. He used to be a big part of my life, i hate how this sounds but i mean hey when things are bad express your feelings over the internet right?

  Song Meaning:i believe the song is about not letting some one go. saying damn the regrets, we're together and that's wat counts. he loves her and she loves him they don't care wat ppl say and they aren'y sure themselves wat they're getting into but they like it! this is mine and my bf's song and we've dated b4 but it wasn't the same then. now we look back and say that was stupid but i couldn't forget you. it's a romntic song and nobody can change my mind on that.

  General Comment:In the verses he is describing the memories of a girlfriend he had. In the chorus he says how much he regrets losing her and that when he needs to, he casts a line into the past to be with her again.

  It is actually, "Dont worry about me cause I'm refined."
  
  And it isn't "And I know it's gone for you to sit and pretend."
  
  It is "And I know it is kind for you to sit and pretend."

  General Comment:This song reminds me of my break up with a guy that I was dating for over a year...
  "Did you think you persuaded me to let you go?"
  He later told me that for like the last month of our relationship he was trying to push me away by acting like a jerk, so that I would either end up breaking up with him or so that it wouldn't hurt so bad when he let me go... it didn't work...
  Then through the rest of the song it sounds like he's bouncing bak and forth between wanting to be with someone and not wanting anything to do with them. In the first few lines he's remembering then through the rest he's saying not to worry about him, he'll be fine because he is angry enough that he has the power to put on a mask and pretend he's not hurting. that's exactally how i was, at first i told him that i needed him, that i wanted him with me, and i was so afraid of facing life without him by my side... then i put on my tough girl mask and played it up like i wanted nothing to do with him.
