The fuzz in my head grows
It's already so low
And the fuzz in my head stands
It's already all too clear
So much for losin' track of time

Can cope with the white noise
Repeating imitation
Can cope with the white noise
Blissful complication
The fuzz in my head stands
It's already all too clear

And the hum
It separates the two
It's all frontline, frontline
It cuts down in between
And it's all for nothing
Too bad it's been here for awhile
So much for losing track of time

And the hum
It separates the two
It's all frontline, frontline
It cuts down in between
It's all for nothing
Too bad it's been here for awhile
So much for losing track
It's alright

Let go, I've seen it's worth your while
So much for losing track of time

General Comment:I love the way the song builds into that amazing guitar & bass piece. The song is amazing but for whatever reason I think of the fuzz like the police and I get Kevin James' image stuck in my head from mall cop haha

General Comment:To me, it is a song about creative block. The fuzz in my head grows like the fuzz on that piece of leftover steak in my fridge. White noise = no thoughts, repeating imitation = same old thoughts.

General Comment:i love this song. surprised nobodys commented on it. i think its about literally losing track of time...like life STOPS but you are there to just think, and you analyze yourself so deeply that you no longer are sure of yourself and your identity, and the truth has become so clear you cant handle it. maybe the truth about a relationship. like, the "ive seen its worth your while" part, like his suffering is worth her while because she gets something out of it, be it money, sex, drugs, etc
    just my interpretation.
