Blue sky to forever
The green grass blows in the wind, dancing
It would be a much better sight with you, with me
If you hadn't met me, I'd be fine on my own, baby
Never felt so lonely, then you came along

So, now, what should I do?
I'm strung out, addicted to you
My body aches, now that you're gone
My supply fell trough

Gladly gave me everything you had and more
You craved my happiness
When you made me feel joy it made you smile
But now I feel your stress
Love was never meant to be such a crazy affair, no
And who has time for tears?
Never thought I'd sit around and cry for your love
Until now

My Interpretation:It's definitely about the Persona longing for the love that another person kept giving her, and how she needed it like water. Now that the person is gone, the Persona feels pain because the person isn't there anymore. Who wouldn't? I'd love to sing this to my close female friend. :) Plus, it reminds me of sunsets. :D

General Comment:To me this song is about a loved one, whether it be family or a lover. When she says:

    "Blue sky to forever
The green grass blows in the wind, dancing
It would be a much better sight with you, with me"

To me blue skies and the grass is a state of mind, maybe contentment or happiness, but sometimes this person isn't there with her emotionally. Maybe this person doesn't see the bright side of things with her.

"If you hadn't met me, I'd be fine on my own, baby
Never felt so lonely, then you came along"

This line is bitter sweet, mainly because she was lonely, but she never realized it until this person came along and showed her what being with someone was about. The rest of the song is pretty self explanatory. This is like my new favorite song! I'm obsessed with it right now! LOL! Love it!

My Interpretation:I'm pretty sure the song is about her and her dad. But I could be wrong. I love the comparison of love to a drug. The withdrawal of not getting it after having a constant supply is very much like going through withdraw. Over all the song freaking rocks and is one of my favorites.

General Comment:Orignally thought this was about Heather father, our dear Harry but when it says "if I hadn't met you"
it seems like it was about a man she met and fell in love him but now he's gone.

    PS: Love this song

General Comment:Its about Silent Hill(the town), and that it had gave the singer happiness. Now, she misses the town, and craes to go there...

This song isn't a break-up song, it's a song about longing for the past, old friends, old loves, happy days. Blue sky to forever.
