Anthony wrote this song because of the reference to the Old Rainbow, the club he and his father Blackie used to hang out at every night when he was a kid.
The rainbow is the club that Anthony's dad used to go to and bring Anthony

He refrences drugs multiple times, plus he says "rockapotumas" which was what they were going to call the album that Hillel died in making. Therefore the phrase is a link atwixt drugs and rock for AK.
