apparently jessica knew their marriage was over when nick didnt accompany her to some trip to africa.

The song is pretty self explanitory.
He also said that he still didn't know why she filed for divorce, but someone along the line their marriage had become all about 'business'. He did say however that despite what happened, they were two people so in love and that all that he ever wanted was to be a family man and platinum albums and highly rated tv shows are nothing compared to that.
He sounded genuinly hurt and even slight confused by the whole situation, and it sounded like the divorce was her doing, and he she had never said to him the reason for her decision. It was all quite sad tbh.
