The song is called 'Vote' because they broke up the day before Election Day.

i like that first part. the "you have changed, but i, i didnt change enough" and "some have said, true loves something we are sure of, my only hope lies in your being confused. with all thats said, i would wait one hundred summers, just once again to be with you"... awesome song.

i'm rather sure the "two for tuesday" line is "on super tuesday" (as the song is entitled vote and generally that tuesday is when the vote happens) -- but the song is gorgeous either way :)

I am often amazed at the submarines ability to write exactly what it is I am feeling.

If you read their story on their website it explains alot about the songs and makes the meaning alot clearer.
