My Interpretation:Here is my interpretation, mostly deduced from the video itself. Definitely just an opinion.

It's about his life. He looked around and different from every other people, and some dudes are fighting and no one is startled, when he jolted to do something everyone looks startled at him like a weirdo, a strange person being different from the status quo, then the combined startled wave of opinion an actions stops him from following the status quo. He chooses to follow is 'Unique Weirdo heart' in love, started running backward and everyone in the cars looked surprised, why is he so different? He falls through trials and errors and make mistakes but quickly learns from it. Then he goes faster, climbs over a car, that is now more bold in following his heart and don't give a shit about others opinion. Then he becomes faster and faster and breaks the barrier of reality and becomes enlightened. comes back to the world to show them what he has learned. Then gives a warm child to the child, as in I am 'born again' filled with knowledge and lighthearted too. IT'S ABOUT SELF-INTROSPECTION AND ENLIGHTENMENT.

General Comment:one of my absolute favorite, an unforgetable and inspiring melody, and a rythem that allows you to view the song any way you want: angery, sad, even adventerous or trecherous. I actually fell in love with this song before I was exposed to the Matrix film.

General Comment:Yes, this song is an absolute masterpiece. Rarely does music get this perfect. A masterwork. Timeless. As beautiful and breathtaking and vivid as anything done by the great musicians of the past. We've had some pretty amazing instrumental work in this era. This, along with "A Warm Place", "At the Heart of it All" and "Just Like You Imagined" by Nine Inch Nails, "East Hastings" by Godspeed You Black Emperor, and not to mention the stuff Sigor Ros put out... Simply outstanding.

General Comment:It was also on the TV show Renford Rejects more than once. A great song which I had been looking for since first seeing the Rejects, so was exstatic when I listened to the Matrix album for the first time. Great song, great artist. Seeing as there's no lyrics I'll comment on the tune instead:
You can imagine both action and loss throughout the song, and although ends on a positive note, the last few seconds feel as though whatever you are thinking when listening to the song keeps going even though the song ends.
