-How did he let her inside of him, like into his emotions. When did it become more than sex?

-Obviously sexual, but he prefers this to nothing.

- I read this as sexual and emotional. As obviously in sex you touch a lot of other places, but the last place was her lips, showing he actually cares for her enough to give her a quick kiss after sex.

- Self explanitory, she's not his girlfriend but he wishes she was.

To me, that means maybe His Girlfriend's best friend is a guy, and spends heaps of time with him
and "It Hurt's" this guy who is dating her

I actually feel like it's being sung from the viewpoint of the other guy.. the one she has been cheating with. "meet you in the back" meaning in secret, and he's asking himself how he let this happen, and why he keeps letting it happen.. and essentially in the end he wants to let the poor, used boyfriend know that "your best friend is not your girlfriend".. as in, she's not who he thought she was.
it just seems like there are a lot of feelings of betrayal in this song.
