    General Comment:I like this version a bit more. I'm a young guitarist and I'm going to playing at a coffee house with a friend of my dad's and I hope to master Heart Shaped Box and do it live. Only this version instead. I like how it's darker and has some cooler lyrics, like 'I've been locked inside the heart shaped coffin for too many weeks.' That's BA. If only Courtney hadn't made him change it. 8(

    My Opinion:I hate it when people judge courtney!!! would u just shutup..you don't know what happend...ok,neither do i..but at least i keep my mouth shut...how would you feel if somebody was accusing you for murdering a member of your family??? lets just leave that to police!and it's already bad for Frances that her dad killed,but to listen that her mom did it..it's ur opinion..keep it for yourselfs!!!

    General Comment: this verion is a lot better than the finished one, even though it's its darker. It sounds less "oh, let's just please everyone." That's cool.

    General Comment:She eyes me like a Pisces when I am weak
    (a child looks at him sympathetically or compassionately when he is really emotional, hes probably touched that someone so young has cancer and it is even more touching that a person in such a life or death situation could still have empathy for another)

    (hes been searching himself for weeks, that or the opposite..hes been closing off his feelings)

    General Comment:wow i'm listening to it right now. Kurt totally made his own world. First i was listening to RiotGrrrl(wich rocks too) then this song can on... and it pulls you into a different dememsion.

    Yes, the lyrics are a bit doomier, so the all over effect is a little more effective.

    RIP KURT COBAIN! Twelve years ago today, he died. May he rest in peace and may his music go on.

    BTW - Did you know Layne Staley, the lead singer of Alice in Chains, died on the same day as Kurt Cobain, just eight years later? So RIP Layne Staley as well, just four years ago today.
