When all is said and done
Will we still feel pain inside?
Will the scars go away with night?
Try to smile for the morning light
It’s like the best dream to have
Where every thing is not so bad
Every tear is so alone
Like God himself is coming home to say

I, I can do anything
If you want me here
And I can fix any thing
If you'll let me near
Where are those secrets now?
That you're too scared to tell
I whisper them all aloud
So you can hear yourself

Green trees were the first sign
The deepest blue, the clearest sky
The silence came with brightest eyes
Like turning water into wine
The children ran to see
Their parents stood in disbelief
And those who knew, braced for the ride
The earth itself it came alive to say

I, I can do any thing if you want me here
And I can fix anything if you'll let me near
Where are those secrets now
That your too scared to tell
I whisper them all aloud so you can hear yourself

Sorry, I have to say it but you look like you're sad
Your smile is gone; I noticed it bad
The cure is if you let in just a little more love
I promise you this; A Little’s Enough

I’m sorry, I have to say it but you look like you're sad
Your smile is gone; I noticed it bad
The cure is if you let in just a little more love
I promise you this; A Little’s Enough

I’m sorry I have to say it but you look like you're sad
Your smile is gone; I noticed it bad
The cure is if you let in just a little more love
I promise you this; A Little’s Enough

I’m sorry I have to say it but you look like you're sad
Your smile is gone; I noticed it bad
The cure is if you let in just a little more love
I promise you this; A Little’s Enough

I’m sorry, I have to say it but you look like you're sad
(Just a little)
Your smile is gone; I’ve noticed it’s bad
(Just a little)
The cure is if you let in just a little more love
(Just a little)
I promise you this; A Little’s Enough

I’m sorry, I have to say it but you look like you're sad
(Just a little)
Your smile is gone; I’ve noticed it’s bad
(Just a little)
The cure is if you let in just a little more love
(Just a little)
And I promise you this; A Little’s Enough

Song Meaning:The song is about Jesus Christ, "God himself is coming home to say I, I can do anything If you want me here And I can fix any thing If you'll let me near." God and Jesus are ONE with each other. and when Jesus came to the earth 2011+ years ago he "could fix any thing If you'd let him near" "Like turning water into wine" was considered taking the sacrament back then with bread and wine. "The children ran to see" jesus said "bring the children unto me" "Their parents stood in disbelief" because he showed so much love and passion and healed the sick and raised the dead... and the line "the church was scared to tell" was the jews and they crucified him, which leads back to "I can do anything IF YOU WANT ME HERE And I can fix any thing IF YOU LET ME NEAR" "Sorry, I have to say it but you look like you're sad Your smile is gone; noticed it bad The cure is if you let in just a little more love I promise you this; A Little’s Enough" he knew when people were sad and when they needed help, if they needed a cure for illness and he was there for them, and he never asked for much at all, he just wanted love on the earth... A Little's Enough to make it back to heaven when we're all said and done... the reason why i think this is because ha, im mormon and this is what i've been taught, so don't be hatin' its my own opinion.

General Comment:Oh and by the way! it IS THAT YOU'RE TOO SCARED TO TELL it's just logic
Unless you've felt exactly like shit, you're smile is gone, and these references in the song, and have a lot a lot of secrets you can't relate and connect with that line. It just means a lot a lot, and has a deeper meaning if someone would help you release your secrets!

I'm not religious, but I'm spiritual, I believe and pray to God, but I don't go to Church, so this song is just perfect! Tom has that special gift, to send different deep and special meanings according to how you feel, using the same words. He's a genius!!! I'm glad blink ended; don't get me wrong, I like Blink, a lot, but AvA, they just make your life better, they ignite your spirit, and they have this magnifiscent sound, NO ONE has. AvA is pioneer, and has the best best lyrics and sounds a band can make.
Blink was awsome, but it way too inmature, and a lot like other bands, and if they weren't working well together, that's how their legacy should stay, but Tom is so much more than that, he's original and innovator, and with a great message, I'm so happy we have Angels And Airwaves now.

General Comment:This song is inspiring and amazing. Not many artists can make you have a lot of theories about a song meaning, but Angels & Airwaves always makes you happy according to what you're going through in yout life.
I love how It's obviously about God, til some point. But if you want it, it can be more more personal, it can just relate to how you're lost the will to do anything, and someone is trying to help you.
I also love how it contains both, all world problems, all those horrible things we have to see every day
and would be awsome to just see it gone; And it contains your own life, your own problems that no one understands (or so you think), and those walls you build around yourself; and both meanings are equally powerful and emotional.

I don't think it's about God, at least not just about, but an image of how beautiful it would be if we had faith in our hearts, and we could see a better world around us.
I’m sorry I have to say it but you look like you're sad
Your smile is gone; I noticed it bad
The cure is if you let in just a little more love
    I promise you this; A Little’s Enough
I think these are some of the best lyrics ever written, it's so emotional, with so much passion, To me, it's amazing, 'cause I am a person with a lot of insecurities, and God knows I have the biggest and widest walls built around me, and i just lost the faith in people, and listen to these lines just brings so much light and hope and a big big smile in mu face, i guess a song like that just ignites a spark inside you, that keeps you moving. I'd love if someone in this world would dedicate this to me. But you know, whatever works for you better, God, or friends!

General Comment:I think this song is about Tom Delonge's small penis.

"I'm Sorry, I have to say it but you look like you're sad
Your smile is gone; I noticed it bad
The cure is if you let in just a little more love
    I promise you this; A Little’s Enough"

Tom said those lines to his gf so she would stay with him despite his small penis. "A little's enough"

General Comment:I think Tom Delonge is a musical genius. Tom's Blink 182 years showed a mixture of great music and immaturity. However, after he became a part of Angels and Airwaves it seemed he showed the need to 'grow up'. Every song he writes with AVA baffles me on how 'below the surface' his lyrics can be. "A Little's Enough" in particular amazes me because of the fact that being a religious man or not, Tom Delonge is never close minded. He doesn't seem to suffer from the typical rockstar norm of doing drugs and sleeping around because he can. He is a committed husband and an avid song writer, and to me that is admirable.

I love this part. And I love how he keeps repeating it over and over... it sends chills up my spin.

General Comment:Whoever thinks it is "The Church is scared to tell" is an idiot.
It's just Tom's accent, and a similarity in the sound.

General Comment:Its about the Rapture i think. "And those who knew, braced for the ride
The earth itself it came alive to say" Those who knew... not everyone knows im sure, but god says in the bible he will come back and bring everyone with him who are his followers.

"When all is said and done, Will we still feel pain inside?" This is a question in regards to what is coming, god will take everyone with him to heaven, yet there are still questions about it, thats normal.

i am not a bible thumper and i do not follow as well as i should, but i do know enough and believe enough to relate this song to the events laid out in the bible that god will come. the rapture.
