The part about hiding up the sleeves might be refereing to the contrast between her and those who wear their heart on their sleeve.

I think the "don't fall asleep with the Mormon" idea is hilarious, and awesome. For my part for the longest time I've thought it was "don't fall asleep with the mermaid/she'll make you sweat in the water." But I dunno if that's right

When she says "don't fall asleep with the motor on she'll make you sweat in the water" it's like she's giving advice to him. Introducing him to her world.
I can't tell if she's talking about drugs or sex in the third part (or probably both) but it sounds like she's giving the guy a taste of everything. Making him learn.
I thought 'don't sleep with the motor on' was a reference to when people try and commit suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning; not that I think the song is about suicide but def drugs references and maybe risky side of that- especially when she says 'it's cold under the blanket', no it aint, it's warm under a blanket...unless you're dead and in a mortuary under a hospital dead persons blanket.
Mostly the song makes me ummm.... well not jiggly, it's not a jiggly song...it's a do the robot with your hips in a horny way song...that's exactly the kind of song it is. It's sex in my ears.
