    General Comment:Sounds good... basically, they were together, they had problems- possibly in the idea of the line
    "I don't know what you really want from me
    But I don't fit in your reality"
    -she broke it off, with 'no good reason' in his eyes, so he considers her to be cruel and heartless... when she is simply getting away from a relationship she doesn't feel comfortable in.

    General Comment:I pretty much agree; he was being cruel to or overprotective of her and she eventually said she'd had enough. He got upset and started acting depressed and calling her a shrew and, for a while, she was worried about his emotional well-being, but now she's just saying "whatever".
    I can relate all too much...

    General Comment:Good interpretation, Matt.
    I think this is definitely along those lines. Emilie is saying that this "man" is above her and she yields to his ideas, but I feel that she is using this as a kind of way of telling him that he's wrong and she's done worrying about him. That's what i get from the jazzy, stylistic sound of the song. Perhaps I'm wrong and this is almost fit for the Opheliac album, which sets a new tone entirely
