    I know this song talks about girls, but I'm also sure it talks about other things. Like people who are tools. They go on for the ride, because they are "educated horses."

  General Comment:Foxy Foxy - it may be a term he wanted to bring back, but it also has meanings implied here, that foxy lady, don't you want to ride it?
  
  It has lyrics about men ie relics on the wall how men view sex as a conquest
  
  Women also are pulled into this game, ie she looks back and initiates the game, but her scars are mental and emotional hidden "under her hair" in her heart and mind.
  
  Men and women are educated horses, we like to run free and independent, but we like to run together, and we both like to have sex..... we all have troubles and confusion with it, but in the end we're all seduced by it and end up playing the sex game
  each trying to dominate the other.
  
  Who's on top? the man or the woman? The lyrics suggest both at different times.

  General Comment:ok...so i know this sounds weird...but i think this song has some meaning like Carousel by Linkin Park...idk why...the lyrics sound similar to me.and also, whenever I hear the part:She who looks back, and she looks away
  She internalizes the motion wave
  She is the butcher, she wants the air
  She hides the scars under her hair
  
  I see that girl from the Crawling video(by Linkin park)
  so basically i think this song is about people (male and female) that have hard lives, the he/she verses say it, the part :
  Don't you wanna ride?
  Educated Horses
  means that they(he and she)are educated horses and people "ride" them.i don't know what does Foxy, foxy, what's it gonna be? means.
  still, i'm probably wrong, since i'm the only one that thinks so...still, no matter what the meaning is, it's a great song

  General Comment:you know, i was on wikipedia the other day, and i was just looking through the part where they describe his movie career. And somewhere in there, they say that he was gonna do a movie with Pam Grier, who, any movie buff knows played Foxy Brown. And i was reminded of that. So i don't know if the songs about that or sex with women or what, but that's just what came up in my mind.
