We killed a lot of innocent civilians in Baghdad
To us every civilian was a terrorist in Baghdad
That makes everybody free game
But if they came in our paremeter, we lit'em up
When we would search the corpse, we would find nothing
This took place
Time and time again, but that's okay, don't worry about it, because this
Is a new type of war, this is an eradication
Personally I believe we're committing genocide over here, I don't
Believe in killing civilians, and I'm not going to kill civilians for
The United States Marine Corp
To us every civilian was a terrorist in Baghdad
That makes everybody free game
But if they came in our paremeter, we lit'em up
When we would search the corpse, we would find nothing
This took place
Time and time again, but that's okay, don't worry about it, because this
Is a new type of war, this is an eradication
Personally I believe we're committing genocide over here, I don't

The pretty smile and blue eyes of America don't fool me. Wars only exist due to leaders wanting the same thing, a resource or a piece of land. This expanding is the true face of evil which leads to countless massacres. Can't we all just be nostalgic, love our own country, stay there and put our filthy hands off others?
If it were not due to this expanding, extremist-muslims would not even know about the very existence of America and would not attack it. Don't get me wrong, I think USA really believes to be doing the right thing, but the effect - the loss of people's lives - makes one wonder if this is what we really want.
It should go:
They said 'these Fedayeen are now in civilian clothes' that makes everbody free game
Now the Song is fucking awsome concentrate on drum beat it's so fucking awsome... the guitar solo are GREAT too.
A man, a former Iraq war veteran who happened to have participated in the invasion itself spoke the lyrics in an interview. Lamb of God took it and showed in this song how it would have felt. The carpet bombing of Iraqi Cities, especially in the first part of the song after the first lyrics, was what I thought of.
It's not just about that, it's the horrifying destruction that it causes, the rush of incredible, traumatizing, unimaginably horrifying violence that leaves people shooting and getting shot at scarred for their entire lifetimes in war.
In other words, the pure evil of war. This song is supposed to help you feel it. And abhorre it.
Now, what happens when this happens on a grander scale, of say, countries? The same thing happens, but it's called a "War"
The world is the way it is, and people will always disagree with other people, or agree with others. There is nothing short of some supreme being taking away all rational thought and freewill.
I am not for the war, but I do believe some wars are necessary, to everyone who thinks that war is a bad thing, would you retaliate if provoked by someone? How about if a friend was being attacked by someone? If someone was killing millions of innocent people because they were born with a different ancestry, like Hitler did?
I believe the correct way to view is war is case by case, not blanket. War is never a good thing, but sometimes the good it causes outweighs the bad that it causes, in this war is that the case? Who knows, the war is not over yet, but at the rate it is going, the negative will far outweigh the positive, unless you're George Bush or George W. Bush, because then you finally got to see Hussein hang from his neck.
I'm an American, by the way. And all you people who think that every American believes what the government or the President does, you should learn before you speak for other people.
