"Reflections of fear make shadows of nothing" and "Don't dry with fakes or fears" were the hardest for me to interpret but I think they go together and are the most inspiring of the lyrics... Favorite song... along with "Give It Up" by The Format...

I think the meaning behind this song is that you need to take time to get to know yourself and try to decide early on what path you want to take... and then to follow it with dedication and never look back.
Really, I think what's so beautiful about this song is that it's inspirational no matter which way you take it. It could have separate meanings to different people depending on what they're going through at the time...

maby the artist always knew he wanted to be a musician but took alot of different paths before he realized that all along that is what he wanted
