    My Interpretation:I always assumed the "Tilt back your head..." line was a reference to both the rape and the overdose: he's forcing himself down her throat/her to swallow with the same intensity that he forces himself to swallow his poison-of-choice.

    It occurs to me now that the rape/murder is probably a fantasy, while the overdose isn't, thus his anguish, "Oh, shit! Fuck!"
    (WanganGC8's "O.S.F." speculations seem completely viable too...)

    Also, the title doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the lyrics and is quite possibly random and conjured up at the last second.

    General Comment:Lol@font. But I do agree with everything wanganGC8 had typed. I hadn't thought that the "OH! SHIT! FUCK!" part really had a meaning here... Seeing as though people don't really need a specific reason to cuss these days (including myself- ha.) But, this is the first time I've looked at the actual lyrics. And it was pretty apparent that there was a meaning, but I didn't think of the different situations he could have been experiencing.
    This song's brutal and the imagery is gruesome. But, the song does sound cool. I wish I hadn't read the lyrics, though...
