I think this song is about marriage/divorce
"can't hold on to the thrill, so I hope you find the will to follow through."
to me that line speaks of the impossibility to remain 'in love' forever, but the need to still remain faithful to the promise you make when you marry someone.
you may not keep the same butterfly feelings and other thrills when you first fell in love with the person but you need to stay together to keep the promise.

anyways that's just my take on the song. it's a very very catchy song. and both these demos and the new album are mind-blowing.

That being said, there is significance. The song starts in the middle of a drum beat and also ends in the middle of a drum beat... and if you can repeat the song without it stopping to find its place, the song will seamlessly loop and never stop.
Just wondering if anyone else thought the same things.
