hehe its a good cover but it hardly compares the original by blur. But i guess mcr have a pretty unique sound so anything they cover'll be alot different, y'know, good but in a different way.

By the way... I love Blur, and The Beatles, and Thrice AND My Chemical Romance and I like this cover.
I'm pretty sure Damon Albarn (Blur singer) doesn't know what he meant with this lyrics and all but it's a grat song.

If my english sucks I'm sory, I'm from latin america (a magical place where people knew Blur loooong before Song 2)

This song doesn't really have a meaning; not lyrically anyway. I've never heard this version so I don't know what MCR did with it, but the original is a loud and distorted grunge anthem designed to get you pumped. It was Blur's way of incorporating the American mainstream of the time in to their music so they could break in to a new market. Mission accomplished if you ask me, since MCR probably wouldn't know who Blur was if it weren't for this song (and I'm sure the same goes for most of their fans as well.)
