HOwever, i feel like in this song he is in a dream state wandering through santa maria de la feira, apparently a city in portugal. All he can do is think of her every hour of every day. So he dreams about Bianca (but we don't know this until the end of the song when he mentions that he finally found her)and he can't sleep, and he plays hence the ladidadida...so anyway it's a new day and he is looking for some dude named inaniel, whom he begs and pleads for him to help him (devendra) because he can no longer sleep. He is lost, looking, calling for her, because he loves her. So finally in the valley he finds a hidden river and drowns. He remembers that it was cold but he was warm, he was about to die. BUT FINALLY he finds bianca, his angelic dove.
p.s i love love this song and am extremely jealous of this Bianca character.
oh and indeed it is in a disneyworld commercial.

but i think the translation is a bit off
"la gente buena, solo goza nunca hay pena... pa' qué sufrir?"
"good people, only have fun(gozar is just "to have fun"), there's never sorrow... why suffer?"
and i think Inaniel is a guys name, because after he says "amigo" meaning male friend.

***I don't think INANIEL is a boy (unless it it is Bianca's masculine alter ego).***
Bianaca (from CocoRosie, who he was partnered w/ at the time) has the second name LEILANI. Inaniel is very similar (phonetically & in spelling) to Leilani backwards.
In the song "Inaniel", which is clearly about Bianca, he sings "Inaniel miel Leilani"
Gretamar, imo, is spot on with the interpretation, except that he is not looking for "some dude" to save him, but Bianca/Inaniel.
