My Opinion:Who this song is really about.
This song is actually about Frankie from the Real World: San Diego and has been confirmed. Frankie lost her virginity to Manson at age 13 and credited him as a huge impact on her life. Frankie passed away in 2007 at the age of 25.

Song Meaning:As people have said before, Frankie is the band's ex-manager who ran up 20,000 dollars in expenses. However, the abuser is none other than Tony Wiggins, the band's bus driver. Him and the band would go back stage and (sexually?) torture chicks from the audience. The victim is some random chick (atleast i think she was, i don't remember if Manson mentioned a name in his book).

General Comment:I wonderd for a long time who Frankie was and then I simply looked on the back of the cover of Smells like Children, I quote: "Pornography Coordinator:Frankie Proia" Wow.. weird job description.. I did some research an yes, frankie was their manager at the time and Manson was feeling well.. fucked. And from what I can tell, both voices are Manson. The "Abuser" Is a more distorted track and the "Groupie" Is more unedited

General Comment:On a side note, between two of the songs from their Dallas show last weekend, they played this track for about ten seconds.

Wish I could remember the two songs.

General Comment:All the book says is that the name was inspired by Frankie, whom Manson disliked. Mystery solved.
