Lyrics for Little Girls as interpreted by rock_scissors

Little Girls Lyrics
I kill, kill, kill little girls.
I kill, kill, kill little girls.
It's such a thrill, thrill, thrill to the world
when i kill, kill, kill little girls.

Don't you come near me.
Don't you come close to me.
Why don't you fear me?
Don't dance so close to me.
Don't you come near me.
Don't you come close to me.
Because they won't let me stop now.

I hate, hate, hate what you are.
(You're so pretty when you fly right by.)
I hate, hate, hate what you are.
(I want to flush out your family line.)
Cuz i'm the punk rock, punk rock star!
(You're everything I despise.)
I hate, hate, hate what you are.

Don't you come near me.
Don't you come close to me.
Why don't you fear me?
Don't dance so close to me.
Don't you come near me.
Don't you come close to me.
Because they wont let me stop now.
Because I won't stop, can't stop now.

The last 12 hours of my day,
but it's okay,
just black it out.
Evil things in my pants
forever fearing contact.
Whoa, yeah!

Whoa!
Now i know why i wanna be left alone.
Last 12 hours of my day,
but it's okay,
just black it out.

I'm a psycho!
Whoa!
I'm a psycho!
Whoa!

Don't you come near me. (I'm a psycho. Whoa!)
Don't come close to me. (I'm a psycho. Whoa! )
Why don't you fear me? (I'm a psycho. Whoa!)
Don't dance so close to me. (I'm a psycho. Whoa!)

Because they won't let me stop now.
Because I wont stop, can't stop now.

Doesn't want to become another trend for teeny bopping girls, and he's saying that's is definitely not what he wants to become.

It seems to me that this song is about Max being afraid of committing to a relationship, so he tries to push away everyone who tries to get close to him by pretending to be a "psycho". ("Don't you come near me, don't come close to me")

Also, he doesn't know how to react when people don't fall for his facade and try to get to know him. ("Why don't you fear me?")

Max said at a concert something to the effect of: "This song is about how big record companies exploit our band, and how we let them."

SA is AMAZING live, by the way.

the song is about a little bit of everything already mentioned -- fear of commitment, a dislike of a conforming to the social norm -- being swooned over by passionless 13 year old girls who couldn't hope to understand him.

oh god are they good live..

Trying to scare the girl who's falling for him because he's scared himself.

i heard it was about him putting himself into the shoes of a serial killer.

i also heard about the serial killer thing...but i could see where it would be about him not wanting those little girl teeny-boppers to be dancing and all so into Say Anything, while having no real ideas or passion for the band itself.

Probably my favorite part, it just says a lot about what I think the meaning of the song is; Max speaking out about these little teeny girls treating Say Anything as a trend and having absolutely no understanding about what he's saying.

And, they are incredible live.

The beginning of this song, before the lyrics, just where it's like aaahhh-ahhhh is my favorite part. Haha it's just perfect.

when i first heard this, i though of serial killer to, and how the society we live in wont let him stop, because we get such a thrill. which is true to me, because we have made so many law and order shows-which all are based off real events. so, i think that this song is just pointing out how hypocritical we all are, how we label the serial killer as the physo, yet we are the one fueling his need.
i liked this whole scenario better then relationships and everyhting because that is what a good portion of their songs are about, and its good for people to be creative about other things besides what they spend so much time doing.

but yeah, either way, this song is amazing and say anything is one of hte greatest bands ever.

This song is funny as hell.

My brother said he wrote it when he was in a mental facility.

Maybe its about his obsession with little girls, killing them dosent mean...Killing them, possibly stealing their virginity. He dosent like it but the little whorish girls seem to like him, so he's telling the to go away.

something to that effect

i think bemis is pretty self-aware. this song sounds like he is trying to talk himself out of something, or convince himself of something.

I think he doesn't want to become a teeny bopper so he's trying to be like offensive and frightening to avoid turning into a band for little girls.

I think this song is about someone he knows who is younger, but he is falling for her physically and is afraid to fall for her emotionally. He doesn't want to be tied down by some little girl who isn't ready for the type of relationship he wants. But he also doesn't want her physically because, not only is she young, she is trouble, so he is trying to freak her out, but she is loving every minute of it.
I love this song, it is a true portrayal of how someone can fall for someone that they know they shouldn't and they are trying to convince themself against it.

I think this song has a double meaning.

1. He has a fear of commitment, he's terrified so he tells this girl he has feelings for some shit to scare her off.

2. He used to be into the whole groupie scene so I was thinking 'little girls' is a metaphor for virginity.

Um, I think the lyric is "Lost 12 hours of my day,
but thats okay" not "Last 12 hourse of my day"
That what I hear, not to metion it makes more sense. [:

I think the song goes a little deeper than what a lot of us are saying. It's self-parody. Little girls love punk rock stars who hate them and they love to buy their records. The song itself is a parody of the modern day punk rock attitude.

I think its a mix between thespearkid and letsjusthavefunn as well as ceb291

I think it could be about anything in his life that he felt wasn't right, therefore he tries convincing himself that he is psychotic in order to explain his feelings, or the situation to himself. Also to give it a false sense of normality.
