Talking about how since seventh grade when the hormones have especially flared a girl tries not to be part of this. How she can't have a relationship because this dude won't take it easy and SLOW. Will-I-Am's parts to me are a parody of what the *BEEP* guys are thinking. The ha's could mean the girl laughing in denial of how unfortunate it may be for her. And yes, the sentences are incomplete ON PURPOSE! :D
"I Don't Need A Man" maybe more or less a contradiction to "Don't Cha" or whatever. Not sure which song came out first.
IDNAM = I think of it as a postphone to several years when the girl/woman/whatever gives up since she realises she could just live independently, not needing a ring on her finger or some man to make her whole.

It's a fun song with an obvious meaning. I hate how some people are so straight with their music, that preach that every song must have a deep meaning, otherwise it's trash. Those people must lead very serious and bland lives. This group isn't about being deep and about touching people with lyrics, they're about having fun, and that's exactly what their music is - fun. Lighten up, kids.
