  My Interpretation:This song was the 1st music i heard when i came out of a coma caused by a TBI{tramatic brain injury). I was the target of and ied in afganistan that introduced my brain to metal. Didn't care much for it either. When i came outta the coma I had to relearn almost everything. How to speak, lost a huge portion of my memories and terrible short term memory, even how to use the restroom. TBI's are considered the hidden injury. We look undameged. One look so strong so delicate. Also after 2yrs the healing basicly stops(I'm trying to hold it together Head is lighter than a feather Looks like I'm not getting better Not getting better). The chronic pain is terrible and never leaves. Pain meds don't hence head ticking like a bomb. For i wait for death and have been resuitated 7 times.

  General Comment:This seems to be about someone with schizophrenia, or who is at least terribly paranoid. And no matter how they try those thoughts overrule all rationality. Fighting imaginary and reality is an epic battle, and coming undone is the perfect way to describe the way your minds fights fictional thoughts and changing the way you see people and things will require undoing all fo the damage that paranoia has left behind.
  
  Coming undone is about struggle to free yourself from the grasp of unwanteds by completely ignoring ones instincts and refusing to let negative thoughts rule you.
