You're totally missing the point if you think this song is about rape or murder.
The "hero" has a crush on a girl in shcool, but afraid of falling in love with her. Not because he has low self-esteem, but because he's not an ordinary guy. He has a dark mindset, but tries to act normal. He understands that there's a big chance the girl may become afraid of his true self, so he's being very cautious not to let himself slip.
He accidentally tells about his feelings to her best friend. When she walks in, he gets very nervous and leaves.
Whole weekend he's being tortured by his obsession with her. In disbelief that everything will work out, he hopes that it will just go away, but can't stop it from growing.
There's no way back now. The next time they meet again he decides to face her. After some awkward moments their eyes meet and she tells him that she likes him.
He explodes. It doesn't matter now if it's gonna be a one night stand or a long relationship. He wants her BAD. But in a very sinister and dominant way. He wants to press against her chest, hold her tight and fuck her like crazy till she's completely exhausted. He wants to "do things to her" while she just lie still and submit. Of course, he doesn't want to tear her apart literally.

"And now he wants to grab her by the hair and tell her." Grab is such a violent word and maybe you might not agree but the top three definitions I just found for grab are:
1. To take or grasp suddenly.
2. To capture or restrain.
3. To obtain or appropriate unscrupulously or forcibly.
As much as it might seem I'm taking grab a little to seriously, songwriters take a really long time to find the perfect words for their songs to get what they want across.
Take another word that could take its place with roughly the same message to come across but less "force" like "pull" for example:
1. Exert force on (someone or something), typically by taking hold of them, to move or try to move them toward oneself or the origin of the force.
2. To draw or haul toward oneself or itself, in a particular direction, or into a particular position.
3. To move or draw back.
I feel that his choice in grab makes it much more violent as if it may be alluding to rape of some sort. It's an obsession that has taken over him and he wants to (as the definition says) "capture" or "restrain" her "forcibly."
